01 / OVERVIEW
An antibody for Der p 2 research
SL-PAb002 is a mouse polyclonal antibody raised against recombinant Der p 2. It is used in Western blot (WB) analysis of recombinant Der p 2 protein and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus extract for allergen research.
The extract experiment uses Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus. Suitability for other mite species or allergens requires independent validation.
Evaluate ELISA suitability and performance with the intended samples and experimental conditions.

Recombinant Der p 2 and mite extract
SL-PAb002 is used to detect recombinant Der p 2 and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus extract (Dp extract) by Western blot. Sample identities and loading amounts are shown in the figure and caption.
Result interpretation and scope
Sample composition and loading amounts differ. This WB image does not quantify antigen abundance, affinity or a detection limit.
